"Tutors were slower to respond than I expected"
I’m not trying to be overly picky, but the replies from the tutors were just too slow most of the time. I get that people are busy, but when you’re waiting for help, it can be frustrating.
"Billing felt simple enough to me"
I signed up for Course Hero and the billing part was easy. The price was shown before I paid, and I didn’t see any random extra charge pop up or anything like that, so... that was nice.
I had to update my card once too, and it went through without much trouble. I got the receipt email right away, which I actually appreciate because I’m the type to forget what I signed up for and then wonder later...
When I canceled for a while, it wasn’t some huge hassle. My plan ended when it said it would, and overall it was a smooth experience for me

"Clear explanations that actually help"
I’ve found the solutions really easy to follow, which I appreciate. They’re not overly complicated, and the step-by-step breakdown makes it much easier to see what I missed or where I made a mistake. it’s been helpful.

"Search actually works when I need it"
I was surprised by how well the search worked. I found my class notes really quickly without having to dig through a bunch of random stuff. Even my sister asked how I found them so fast.

It’s helpful if you use it the right way, honestly. Just don’t go copying everything straight from it because that feels not good and also kind of defeats the point. Use it for ideas and checking stuff, and then make it your own

"Login issue got sorted out quickly"
I couldn’t log in at first and thought it was going to turn into a whole thing, but support got it fixed fast. I remember I was eating a weirdly crunchy granola bar while waiting, so that detail stuck with me for some reason. Overall, not a bad experience once they stepped in.

"Refund got sorted in the end"
The refund did come through eventually, so that was fine. Took a bit longer than I expected, but anyway, it was sorted in the end. I was checking back and forth a couple times, then it finally showed up, so no major drama.
"Found what I need easy"
I used Course Hero on my laptop and it was straightforward. The search works fast, the pages loaded okay, and I wasn’t really getting lost while clicking around. It’s a simple site and I don’t had any big issues with it.

Like I said, the answers were accurate and matched my textbook most of the time. Like I said, it made checking my homework way faster and gave me a little more confidence before turning it in.

I don’t know why some people are having issues, but the app works good for me. It’s easy to use and loads fine on my phone without any real problems.

"Upload credits actually showed up"
I half expected the whole upload-for-credits thing to be some weird trick where the credits mysteriously vanish into the void, but nope. I uploaded my notes and the credits came through just fine. Almost suspicious how smoothly it worked, but I’m not complaining.

Support helped me out way faster than I expected. I’m not saying there’s some secret customer service command center watching everything behind the scenes… but it definitely felt like they knew exactly what to do right away. No complaints from me

"The unlock limits feel reasonable to me"
I don’t mind the unlock limits on Course Hero. In a way, they make me think twice before opening something, so I end up using it only when I actually need help instead of clicking through everything. There are times when I wish I had a few extra unlocks, especially during busy weeks, but for most of my classes it’s been enough. The files usually load without any issues, and I’ve found some study notes that were genuinely helpful. Overall, it feels like a useful tool to have around when I’m stuck.

"Canceling was actually really easy"
I canceled my Course Hero subscription today it was easy easy. I just went into my account, found the cancel option, and it went through without making me call anybody or jump through a bunch of hoops.
I got the confirmation email right away too, which was nice nice. I really thought there’d be some annoying back and forth, but nope, it was simple. No complaints from me.
"Found what I needed despite the timing"
Of course I ended up needing the document at the worst possible time, but I was still able to find it quickly. There were a lot of documents to look through, but the one I needed was there
